林德液氮洗装置外送氢提纯改造技术分析

为了对炼油－化肥装置进行能源整体优化，必须提高化肥外供氢纯度，于是提出对液氮洗装置进行改造的思路。通过对林德设计、现场工况为基础进行的衡算，建立并验证数学模型（计算机算法），在此基础上对改造方案工况进行理论计算，并对改造方案的实施、投用情况进行总结和分析。

Technical Analysis of Retrofit for Purification of Hydrogen for External Supply by Linde Liquid Nitrogen Wash Unit

With a view to carrying out integral optimization of the oil refinery chemical fertilizer unit, the purity of hydrogen for external supply must be improved, so the concept is put forward of retrofitting the liquid nitrogen wash unit. An accounting is made on the basis of the design by Linde and on site working conditions, a mathematical model (computer algorithm)is established and verified , with this as the basis a theoretical calculation is made of the working conditions for the retrofit plan, and a sum up and an analysis are made of the implementation and on stream condition of the retrofit plan.
