多冲载荷下激光熔覆涂层裂纹机理分析

摘    要:为了研究激光熔覆涂层在小能量多冲载荷下抗裂性能,进行了激光熔覆涂层在小能量多冲载荷下作用的多冲试验,结果显示激光熔覆涂层出现裂纹损伤失效现象,裂纹形式的特征有明显差异,表现为横断裂纹和边缘裂纹.根据裂纹的不同特征,进行了裂纹形成的理论分析,其结论在实验中得到了验证.

Abstract:In order to research the cracking - resistance of laser cladding coat under repeated impact loading with low energy, the experiments with laser cladding coat under repeated impact loading with low energy were performed. As a result, the crack damage failure in laser cladding coat was discovered, and the features of crack formation had obvious difference which showed traverse crack and edge crack. According to the different features of cracks, the forming of cracks was analyzed theoretically which was verified through experiments.
