| 摘 要： | 指出了目前分销库费用管理方面存在的问题，“大包大揽”式的管理方式不利于开展节能降耗工作，不利于人、财、物的管理优化；油品损耗和费用控制管理呈现波动。提出了建立经济核算的管理模式，强化经济责任，完善激励机制，从源头上节能降耗，提高劳动效率。
