不同气象条件下交通规律分析

尽管天气对交通拥堵有负面影响,目前国外也存在天气情况、交通流之间关系的研究,然而,由于传统数据采集局限性,国内鲜有针对两者关系的研究.采用上海市宝山区交通中心实测交通流数据对交通拥堵,尤其是间断性拥堵与不同天气的数量关系进行了研究.结果表明,产生间断性拥堵的原因中,与天气相关的主要因素是中雨和大雨,小雨对交叉口交通(即拥堵)影响不大.此外也研究了车种构成及大车率与不同雨量天气的关系.最后提出用于缓解交通拥挤压力的三类策略:控制、应对、优先通行.

Traffic Flow Characteristics under Different Weather Conditions

Weather conditions always have a negative impact on traffic congestion. The study of the relationship between weather conditions and traffic flow is popular abroad. However,due to the limitations of data collection,such research is seldom done domestically. According to the traffic flow data from Baoshan transportation center of Shanghai,the relationship between traffic congestion,especially the episodic traffic congestion and different weather conditions is analyzed. It turns out that the main weather factors to congestion are moderate rain and heavy rain and that light rain doesn＇t not have noticeable impacts on traffic flow. In addition,this study is to establish relationships betweer a certain inclement weather and the traffic. Finally,the strategies such as control,tackle,and the priority of travel are put forward.
