| 摘 要： | 对V90-3MW风力发电机组JLFD90齿轮箱进行模型简化,推导了其基本动力学方程,对设计极限状态和使用极限状态进行极限强度分析、疲劳分析、稳定性和变形极限分析.并通过Pro/Engineer建立了V90-3MW风力发电机组齿轮箱三维模型,对齿轮箱进行动态性能分析,通过应力、变形分析,得出危险工况下的应力及其变形.

| Abstract: | In this paper,the JLFD90 year box in the model of is sinplrfied. The model of V90-3 mw is simplified,the basic dynamic equation is deduced,the design and application of limit state is illustrated by ultimate strength analysis,fatigue analysis,as well as the stability and deformation limit analysis. Three-dimensional model of V90-3 mw wind turbine gearboxes is established through the Pro /Engineer,and the dynamic performance of gear box is analyzed by the stress and deformation analysis,and meanwhile the stress and deformation under dangerous working conditions are obtained. |
