柴油深度加氢脱硫技术的工业应用

摘    要:中国石油化工股份有限公司洛阳分公司2.6 Mt/a柴油加氢装置采用FH-UDS催化剂。工业运用结果表明:原料和操作条件达到设计要求;在反应压力7.55 MPa、体积空速2.42 h-1、平均反应温度365℃、氢油体积比386.9等工艺条件下加工焦化柴油、直馏柴油、催化柴油和焦化汽油等混合原料,生产出硫含量小于350μg/g的清洁柴油。

Abstract:The catalyst of FH-UDS is applied in the diesel hydrogenation unit of 2.6 Mt/a.The results showed that the clean diesel,sulfur content in which is less than 350 μg/g,can be produced with the rawmaterials which is a mixture of coking diesel,straight-run diesel,catalytic diesel and coker gasoline,and operating conditions to be up to specifications of the design,reaction pressure of 7.55 MPa,volume spacevelocity of 2.42 h-1,average reaction temperature of 365 ℃ and the volume ratio of hydrogen/oil in 386.9.
