基于故障诊断与数据融合的pH值测试研究

摘    要:在工业生产和污水处理过程中,pH值监控是一个重要的环节,然而pH值的测试尚存在如何提高可靠性和精确性两大难题,作者通过实践探索和理论分析,结合含油污水pH值测试的研究,提出了故障诊断和数据融合相结合的pH值测试新方法,详细讨论了基于三模冗余结构在线故障诊断的策略,并给出了三传感器数据融合的具体算法,成功地解决了pH值测试中的实际问题,在环保废水处理过程中取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:In the process of industry production and wastewater treatment process pH monitoring is a important part. There are two difficulty problems in improving reliability and precision on pH measurement. Author studied on practice and theory. The multi_sensor pH measurement equipment with self_wash is designed. The method of fault diagnosis based on three model redundancy (TMR) system is presented. Multi_sensor adaptive weight data fusion estimation algorithm is applied to pH measurement. The pH measurement difficult problem is solved successfully. This is helpful to waste water treatment process.
