二维平台的力学耦合分析及解耦设计

摘    要:以二维平台为研究对象,介绍了影响平台精度的主要干扰源,根据平台的结构特点,分析了两环间的转动惯量耦合、运动学耦合和动力学耦合关系.结果表明:只有一个环转动时,不存在耦合.提出了减小动力学耦合程魔的措施,并在结构设计方面提出了解耦设计方法.

Abstract:Taking two-dimension platform as an object of study, the main interference source of affecting platform precision is introduced. In accordance with the construction characteristics of the platform, the coupling connection of rotational inertia, kinematics and dynamics of each loop are analyzed, and the result shows that the coupling is not exist when only one loop rotates. The measure for minimizing coupling of dynamics and the method of uncoupled design on structural design are brought.
