摘    要:对车用电子节气门传动系统进行分析并建立数学模型,运用数学模型确定传动系统中各传动机构的参数值,以使电子节气门传动系统反应时间达到设计要求。同时对根据参数来设计各传动机构的方法进行了研究。最后,将该设计方法应用于国内某款采用非接触式传感器以替代接触式传感器的电子节气门设计上,通过对该产品及被替代产品的测试,发现该产品在相同的控制系统作用下不仅阀片的反应时间达到设计要求,同时节气门的寿命也得到大幅提高,从而验证了本模型是有效及可行的。

Abstract:Electronic throttle valve response time is an important parameter of the electronic throttle system,and the system control strategy and transmission parameters are the two aspects that affect the reaction time.In this paper,drive system of electronic throttle body has been analyzed and modeled,the parameter values of the transmission mechanism were determined by the mode,so that the electronic throttle response time can meet the design requirements of transmission system.At the same time,the design methods of transmission design were studied.Finally,This design method is applied to a domestic model with non-contact sensor to replace the electronic throttle-contact sensor.By the testing on the product and the replaced product,it was found that under the same control valve response time,not only the design requirements can be met,while the life span of the throttle can also be substantially increased,which verified the design method is feasible.
