AK糖石膏制备建筑石膏工艺研究

摘    要:介绍了AK糖石膏的产生过程,通过对比不同预处理方法对AK糖石膏中有机物的去除及对其制备的建筑石膏性能的影响,确定最佳预处理工艺,并在此基础上对AK糖石膏的煅烧制度进行了研究。结果表明,水洗预处理对AK糖石膏中的有机物有良好的去除效果并且较好地改善了糖石膏性能,煅烧温度及保温时间对AK糖石膏净浆的物理力学性能有较大的影响,确定煅烧阶段工艺参数为:煅烧温度190℃,保温时间3 h。

Abstract:The produce process of Acesulfame-K gypsum is introduced,through comparing the different pretreatments on the removal of organic matter and the influence on the performance of the building plaster,the optimal pretreatment process is confirmed.On that basis study is also made on calcining process of Acesulfame-K gypsum.The result shows that washing pretreatment process has a good effect on the removal of organic matter and improve the performance of Acesulfame-K gypsum largely.Calcining temperature and time have great influence on the mechanical property of Acesulfame-K gypsum.The parameters of calcining stage are confirmed that the calcining temperature is 190 ℃ and the holding time is 3 h.
