摘    要:针对当前可变结构型摩托车头盔存在护颚结构不够合理的问题,开发出一种新型摩托车可变护颚结构头盔,创新地采用双槽轨结合双动钉对头盔护颚的运动进行约束,使护颚顺利地按预定的轨迹完成抬步、爬升、过顶、回落以及收纳贴合盔壳等动作,最终实现了头盔的全盔结构与半盔结构的相互转换。论文对双动钉双轨槽约束机构的轨迹控制方法进行了讨论,给出了它的设计原则及注意事项,由此丰富了摩托车头盔可变结构的实现方案。

Abstract:A new type of variable structure motorcycle helmet is developed to overcome the chin-guard's structural defects for traditional variable structure motorcycle helmets,in which the helmet creatively adopts the constraint mechanism of double movement nails combined double track grooves to lead the chin-guard smoothly accomplishing various kinds movements such as starting,climbing,passing zenith,falling and closing in the helmet shell according to the predetermined trajectory,and thus realizing the structure conversions between full-helmet status and half-helmet status.This paper discusses the trajectory controlling methods of constraint mechanism for double movement nails combined double track grooves and provides its design principles and steps,and thus enriching the variable structure's implementation of motorcycle helmet.
