摘    要:应用GT-Power软件中的Muffler模块建立某型装甲车辆用排气消声器模型,并进行传递损失计算。通过分析,论证了消声器结构改进的必要性,并通过理论计算与软件仿真分析优化了消声器结构。优化后的结构经软件仿真结果表明,消声性能有较大幅度提高,按照优化后的结构进行生产试制,并在整车上试验,消声效果明显提高。

Abstract:The exhaust muffler model of the certain type armored vehicle is established by applying the Muffler module of GT-Power, and the transmission loss is worked out simultaneously. Based on the analysis, the ne- cessity of improving on the mufflerg structure is demonstrated, and the mufflerg structure is optimized through theoretical calculations and analysis of the software simulation. The software simulation results show that the performance of the muffler whose structure is optimized is improved obviously. According to the optimized structure, the muffler is produced and tested on the certain armored vehicle. The results show that the muffler g effect has been improved significantly.
