摩托车发动机燃烧和性能的试验研究

摘    要:对CG150摩托车发动机进气道进行了优化,并开展了燃烧和性能的试验研究。结果表明:气道优化后,最大功率和最大扭矩两种工况时,发动机缸内最高爆发压力增大,且出现时刻提前,最大压力升高率稍有增大,燃烧开始时刻提前,燃烧持续期变短;在外特性曲线上,发动机的功率、扭矩均有所提高,燃油消耗率降低;配合使用两级触媒和二次补气后,发动机有害物排放满足"国Ⅲ"排放法规。

Abstract:In this paper inlet port of CG150 motorcycle engine was optimized and experimental research of combustion and performance was carried out.The results showed that after the inlet port optimized,the maximum cylinder pressure of the engine increased,the moment of the maximum cylinder pressure happened in advance.The maximum pressure rise rate increased slightly.The moment of onset combustion was advanced,and the combustion duration was shortened.On the curves of speed characteristics at wide-open throttle,both the power and torque of the engine were improved,and the specific fuel consumption was reduced.With the aid of two stages of three-way catalytic converters and secondary air supply,the emissions of the engine met "China III" emissions regulation.
