| 摘 要： | 着眼于虚拟维修训练系统的应用,针对工程机械现有维修训练模式存在的不足,以某型推土机变速箱为例,开发了虚拟维修训练系统.首先对系统功能进行了分析,构建了系统框架,建立了变速箱三维模型,探讨了变速箱工作原理及其在虚拟环境中的再现过程,研究了拆装过程的实时交互响应机制,开发了交互式拆装训练功能仿真模块.最终,在EON软件构建的虚拟现实环境中实现维修仿真,以Delphi集成各功能模块开发了推土机变速箱虚拟维修训练系统.经使用证明,效果良好.
