微波干燥碳酸稀土的试验研究

摘    要:对碳酸稀土微波干燥脱水进行试验研究,分析了物料重量、物料厚度、辐射时间对脱水率的影响,并与常规干燥脱水进行比较.得出微波干燥具有脱水效率高,热能利用率高等结论.

Abstract:This paper analyzes the effects of material weight,material thickness and irradiation time on the rate of dehydration by the experiments on microwave drying of rare earth carbonate.A comparative study is performed on microwave drying and conventional drying.The results show that the microwave drying boasts the advantages of high rates of dehydration and energy efficiency.
