| 摘 要： | 水下绳锯机是一种安全、环保和适用范围广的水下作业机具,海洋废弃平台拆除时,可以采用绳锯机切断桩基.较好的串珠绳切割运动控制是绳锯机能稳定、高效和长寿命工作的一个重要因素.介绍了绳锯机的主要结构及工作原理.简述了图形理论建模法原理和步骤,分析了单个绳轮的图形理论建模过程,根据绳锯机串珠绳的特性及切割框架的结构特点,得到了绳锯机l切割框架串珠绳的平移线图和转动线图,建立了串珠绳切割过程的动力学模型.为串珠绳切割过程中的运动参数控制打下了一定的理论基础. |
