| 摘 要： | 在分析研究钻井岩屑清洗技术的基础上,根据现场要求设计了新型钻井岩屑清洗机.压力水流以喷射冲洗的方式对岩屑进行淘洗,提高了岩屑清洗的质量和效率.还对微滤膜技术在污水处理方面的应用以及超声波技术在工业领域的应用进行了深入研究,提出综合采用超声波和微滤膜两项技术处理废水的工作原理,并基于此原理设计出一套超声波微滤膜净化处理装置(轴向过滤),实现了清洗用水的循环利用.研制的钻井岩屑清洗机采用的清洗方法和超声波微滤膜水处理装置经现场实际应用证明,具有一定的实用价值. |

| Abstract: | It based on the study and analysis of drilling cutting washing method,and according to the srequires,the author works out the new washing machine.we jet scrubbing the cuttings with pressure fluent,so that raised the quality and efficiency of cuttings washing.The author also discuss application of Micro-filtration technique membrane to sewage treatment field and the application of ultrasound technique to industry.and author also putforward a new method to compositive Micro-filtration technique and ultrasound... |
