| 摘 要： | 盾构机外载荷是盾构机设计、施工、仿真的重要依据,外载荷主要包括阻力和阻力矩.针对富水、非软粘性、两组分复合地层,根据水土压力时盾构机外载荷的影响特性建立了盾构机水土压力模型,在此基础上利用微元思想推导了盾构机外载荷模型,建立的外栽荷模型是多参数系统,可为盾构机工程应用和仿真计算提供理论依据.以某型号盾构机为研究对象,分析实际外载荷,结果表明:总阻力、总阻力矩受刀盘位置角影响较小,随地层角的变化而有较大变化.
