| 摘 要： | 针对目前产品拆卸性能评估中图模型方法存在的组合爆炸问题,提出了基于拆卸可拓集理论的评估方法.讨论了联接方式、空间几何约束以及空间可达性与产品拆卸性能之间的关系,给出了评估指标和计算公式,依据所得关联函数值的大小对产品拆卸可拓集进行了不同拆卸区域的划分,为实现产品的快速拆卸和优化设计提供一种理论依据,并以油锯中发动机为例对所提出的方法加以应用,验证了该方法的有效性.
