摘    要:用大庆产聚合物和柠檬酸铝配制成微凝胶。聚合物的分子量为1200万,溶液浓度为1000mg/L。在大庆油田地层条件下,通过对不同柠檬酸铝浓度下微凝胶粘度、阻力系数的测量,给出了微凝胶的配方。考虑深部注入问题,配制微凝胶时推荐使用的柠檬酸铝浓度为50mg/L左右。岩心评价结果表明,在相同聚合物浓度下,微凝胶比非交联聚合物具有更大的流动阻力。

Abstract:The microgels can be made up of polymer and aluminum citrate. The polymer is made in Daqing, its molecular weight is 12 million and its concentration is 1000 mg/L. Under the formation conditions of Daqing oilfield, the formulations of the microgels were given by measuring the viscosity and resistance coefficient of the gels at different concentrations of aluminum citrate. Considering the in depth injection problems,the proposed concentration of the aluminum citrate is approximately 50 mg/L. The results of core evaluation have shown that the microgel has more flow resistance than that of uncrosslinked polymer at the same polymer concentration.
