| 摘 要： | 本文制备了一种新型高分子混凝剂含硼聚硅硫酸铁 (PFSSB) ,考察了体系中硼量及铁量对其性能的影响 ,并探讨了其混凝特性和混凝机理。结果表明 ,当体系中B与Si、Fe与Si的摩尔比分别为 0 1 6及 0 50时 ,混凝剂具有最优的混凝和稳定性能。与聚铁 (PFS)、聚硅硫酸铁 (PFSS)相比 ,PFSSB的pH适用范围更宽 (pH >6 .5) ,絮体矾花大 ,适用性更强 ,沉降性能更好 ,是一种性能优异、很有发展前景的混凝剂。混凝机理分析表明 ,该混凝剂优异的混凝性能是Fe3+ 、聚硅酸、B和SO2 -4离子相互促进协同作用的结果 |

| Abstract: | A new type of coagulant polymeric ferric silicate-sulfate containing boron(PFSSB)is prepared in this paper. Effects of B, Fe contents on this coagulant properties are investigated. The coagulating characteristics and mechanism are also discussed. The results show that under the preparation conditions of n (B)/ n (Si)(molar ratio)=0.16, n (Fe)/ n (Si)(molar ratio)=0.50,PFSSB has optimal coagulating properties and stability. In comparison with PFS, PFSS, PFSSB is superior in suitable pH range, sedimentation and suitability. It proves to be a kind of excellent and useful coagulant. These excellent properties result from the attributions of iron ion, polysilicic acid, B and SO 2- 4 together. |
