电力物资招标评标管理系统的开发与应用

Application and Development of Inviting and Assessing Bids Management System of Power Materials

This paper introduces the development and application of a bid and evaluation management system on electrical material with whole bid process control, giving the design principle, network structure and the modules of the system is also introduced, such as bid set, online bid and database management, especially expert evaluating process. This paper also makes limited discussion on incorporation and standardization of bid system. The system has been tested and benefits bid management work.
