外控电位电化学处理黄铁矿的浮选

摘    要:考察了不同矿浆pH时外控电位电化学处理黄铁矿的浮选行为。在酸性、有黄药存在的环境中,外控电位电化学预处理对黄铁矿的浮选作用不显著。在碱性、黄药环境中,电位为400~800mV间黄铁矿浮选回收率大幅升高,这是因为在矿物表面发生氧化生成了S0及S02,同时黄药被氧化成双黄药。此外,通过黄铁矿电极的循环伏安曲线的测试及X射线光电子能谱分析,研究了外控电位电化学处理黄铁矿浮选的机理。

Abstract:The flotation behaviour of pyrite pretreated by electrochemical ways under externally controlled voltages and in different pH values of pulp is investigated.The flotability of pretreated pyrite is increased indistinctively in acidic and xanthate atmosphere. However, it is increased obviously under voltages of from 400mV to 800mV and in alkaline and xanthate conditions.The reasons for higher recovery of pyrite are that oxidation reaction,which results in S~0 and S~0_2,takes place on its surface,and that xanthate is oxidized into dixanthogen.In the meantime,the mechanism is studied by current-voltage curve testing and X-ray photoelectron energy spectrum analysis.
