摘    要:低温共烧陶瓷滤波器具有体积小、插损小和衰减大的特性,在移动通信、数字化家电等产品中已得到广泛应用。该文在对带状线的传输理论、耦合系数K及滤波器的终端外部品质因数Q进行阐述的基础上,给出多层陶瓷微波滤波器的设计方法。最后设计了一个中心频率f0为2.45GHz的带通滤波器,以及给出了相应的模型仿真结果。

Abstract:Low temperature co- fired ceramic(LTCC) filters with small- size, low- loss and high - attenuation are widely employed in communication and electric products application recently. In this paper, by analyzing the transmission theory of stripline, coupling- factor K and extemal Q - factor, a technique to design muhilayer LTCC bandpass filter is proposed. Finally, a bandpass filter with center frequency fo(2.45 GHz)is designed according to the proposed technique, provided with the results of its model simulation.
