| 摘 要： | 在中国,由于先进医疗资源主要集中于现代大型综合医院,导致大量患者来此求医.同时,也给医院的环境带来了各种问题,其中以声环境存在的问题最为严重.了解使用者的主观感受是有效处理这一问题的必要条件,同时也为发展医院建筑循证设计提供技术支持.在前期探索的基拙上,研究建立了候诊区声环晚患者满意度评价体系,它以正式量表的形式呈现.... |

| Abstract: | The medical resources in China are mainly concentrated in general large hospitals so that the hospitals are overcrowded.There are lots of problems from sound environment especially in waiting areas.Based on the earlier research,the satisfac tion evaluating system of sound environment of outpatients is developed.The evaluating system presented at formalscale is made up of 3 factors and 13 items.The Cronbachαof 3 factors is 0.561 0.735 0.836 0.6671 respectively.Being remarkable reliability and validity the system is widely used for investigation and research. |
