低碳型城市旅游交通规划探析——以蓬莱市为例

随着许多城市旅游产业的发展,游客数量的增长,城市道路交通问题日益严重,道路交通设施的建设往往与城市旅游资源的保护发生矛盾。城市旅游交通低碳化转型将成为实现城市旅游业健康发展的关键,如何在城市交通中落实低碳化理念,如何引导城市旅游交通向绿色环保交通转变,是旅游交通规划必须面对的问题。结合蓬莱市城市旅游交通规划的实践,提出了适应低碳交通发展的规划策略框架,探索一条适应低碳经济时代的旅游交通发展的新道路,为低碳交通的构建提供实践经验。

Urban Tourism Transportation Planning based on Low-carbon Model:Taking Penglai City as An Example

With the development of the tourism industry in many cities,urban traffic problems became serious.The construction of transport facilities often conflict with the protection of tourism resources.City tourism traff ic to achieve low-carbon development will be key to the healthy development of urban tourism.How to guide urban green tourism traff ic to face the change in traff ic is the problem that tourism transportation planning must be addressed.This paper proposes a low-carbon transport strategy to explore a new development of tourist transport in lowcarbon economy taking Penglai city as an example.It provides experience for the construction of low-carbon transportation.
