我国养老设施建筑与规划设计探析

伴随着我国城市老龄化进程的逐渐加速,＂养老难＂成了提及率越来越高的话题之一。该文在对我国养老设施充分实地调研的基础上,探讨研究了我国老龄化国情与现状养老设施类型,并对养老设施规模数量、空间布局、无障碍设计、功能使用以及安全服务设施等诸多问题进行详细解析,针对问题提出相应的建筑和规划设计对策,努力为我国的养老事业发展做出贡献。

Analysis on Endowment Facilities Architecture and Planning Design in China

As the urban aging process accelerated gradually,＂endowment difficulty＂ has became one of the topics with higher mention rate.This article is developed based on the field survey of China＇s endowment facilities,and conduct deep research on the national aging condition and current situation of the endowment facilities type.The theme of this paper is to analyze the detail problems of the endowment facilities,such as the scale and number,spatial layout,barrier-free design,fuctions and use,and security service facilities.Correspoding planning and design tactics are proposed,in order to make more contribution to the development of China＇s endowment industries.
