养老建筑的室内外空间环境营造

该文以厦门市养老建筑为主要研究对象,根据老年人的实际生理条件、心理条件、养老设施硬件条件等要素制作出问卷,对厦门地区若干家老年公寓和养老院进行实地问卷调查,通过对问卷调查数据资料整理和研究提出了养老建筑室内外空间环境存在的主要问题。从养老建筑室内的空间形态、物理环境、自然环境和室外空间环境类型和功能等方面探讨了养老建筑室内外空间环境营造的必要性及如何营造出符合老年人心理和身体需求的内外空间环境,从而试图寻求一些给老年人带去精神享受的营造设计手法。

Outdoor Space Environment Construction of Senior Citizen Apartment

This article took the apartments for senior citizens in Xiamen as the main reaserch object,and created the questionaire according to the actual physical and mental condition of the elderly people,the hardware capacities and other factors.Through the study of survey data,many problems of the buildings＇ indoor and outdoor space environment have been found.Both the necessity of apartments＇ inside and outside space and how to create the ideal environment for old people＇s physical and mental health have been discussed in terms of space shape,physical and natural environment,as well as the type,functions of the outdoor space environment.All the works that have been mentioned above aim to seek some special building design technique which can bring elderly people spiritual enjoyment.
