内循环式温室除湿设备的研制与试验

摘    要:研制了一种内循环式温室除湿设备,有效地解决冬季日光温室的除湿难题。该设备由除湿部分和控制部分组成,采用内循环模式,利用转轮除湿技术对温室内的空气进行过滤,将水分子排到温室外部,并使温室内的温度升高,达到增温除湿的目的。在一个长25 m、跨度6 m、脊高3.5 m的温室中进行试验,设备连续运行3 h,对温室的温湿度变化进行测量。试验结果表明,此设备除湿性能良好,能在3 h内使此温室的平均相对湿度下降23.5%,并使温室内的平均温度有小幅度上升。在不计蒸发的前提下,设备的除湿量约为1.68 kg/3 h。设备功耗小,自动化程度高,成本低廉,适合在温室中使用。

Abstract:An equipment for internal circulation greenhouse dehumidification was developed to solve the dehu-midification problem in the winter sunlight greenhouse effectively .The equipment consists of two main parts:the dehumidification part and the control part .The equipment adopted the internal recycle pattern .The water molecules in the air will be absorbed by the desiccant wheel , the dried air will be released to the greenhouse . The temperature inside the greenhouse will rise , and achieves the purpose of warming dehumidify .The dehu-midification performance of the equipment was evaluated by experiment .The evaluation result shows that the performance of the dehumidification equipment is fine .It can drop the average relative humidity by 23 .5 %within 3 hours in a greenhouse (50 m long, 6 m span, 3.5 m high ridge) , and the average temperature has a small rise.The dehumidification of this equipment is about 1.68 kg/3 h excluding evaporation.The equip-ment is low consumption, high degree of automation, low cost, and it is suitable for use in the greenhouse.
