摘    要:介绍了核电项目中落锤试验的应用情况,针对落锤试验起裂焊道问题,研究了起裂焊道的制备要求,研究发现:采用双道焊,有可能造成无塑性转变温度的降低;起裂焊道焊接电流也对落锤试验结果有显著影响。并得出了起裂焊道制备原则:应保证起裂区域具有足够的脆性,在落锤冲击作用下能够开裂。在此基础上,提出了起裂焊道制备偏离问题的建议和处理方法,并结合实际案例加以说明。

Abstract:Drop-weight test,its applications and some problems for nuclear projects were discussed.The requirements for crack-starter weld of drop-weight specimen were studied,it is found that performing double-weld may decrease nil-ductility transition ( NDT) temperature,and welding current has a great influence on drop-weight test result.The principle of crack-starter weld is deduced that the crack-starter zone should be brittle enough that could be cracked by strike of drop-weight,which eventually leads to the solutions to the problem mentioned above.
