厚壁复合钢板锥体热成形后冷却速度对组织和性能的影响

摘    要:Q345R+022Cr19Ni10(94+4)复合钢板锥体在1030℃加热成形,950℃终止成形后覆层喷水,基层空冷,其基层力学性能试验-20℃冲击韧性不合格,金相检查为网状分布的多边形铁素体+岛状组织和少量珠光体,晶粒度为9级。重新加热至成形温度浸水冷却,并在700℃回火,获得回火贝氏体组织,结果冲击韧性大幅提高,满足标准和设计要求。

Abstract:The impact toughness under -20 ℃mechanical properties test of Q345R+022Cr19Ni10(94+4) clad plate cone base metal is unqualified after hot forming at 1030~950℃with air cooling for base metal and water cooling for alloy cladding.The microstructure is polygonal ferrite+island structure and small quantity of pearlite.The grain size is 9 grade.After reheating to the hot forming temperature,cooling in the water and tempering at 700 ℃ the tempered bainite is received.The impact toughness highly in-creased and met the standard and design requirements.
