摘    要:Ф130mm扩孔钻热处理后批量产品从刃部开裂,原材料存在带状组织和网状组织,淬火晶粒度高达8.5-8#;同时生产中没有进行有效的生产管理,工件冷至室温并在室温下停留;产品设计存在尖角等,是造成产品开裂的主要原因。通过调整淬火温度,控制冷却终温,改进设计,加强生产管理可以有效地控制开裂现象。

Abstract:After heat treatment of the Ф130mm expanding drill,there was found a batch of products have the crack from the edge in the production,through the analysis found that banded structure and reticular tissue were in the raw material,quenching grain size as high as 8.5 -8#,lack of effective management in production,workpiece cooling to room temperature and stay at room temperature,sharp corner in the design of products and so on,which were the main reasons causing the product cracking.By adjusting the quenching temperature,controlling the cooling terminal temperature,impro-ving the design,and strengthening the management of production,these can control the cracking phenomena effectively.
