| 摘 要： | 透气砖是炼钢工艺重要的功能元件,从透气砖材质的选择、透气砖结构的选择、透气砖安装位置的选择、透气砖损毁机理、透气砖透气性能、透气砖在使用过程中异常现象、钢包透气砖吹氩失败的原因等方面对透气砖在钢包上的应用进行了较全面的探讨和分析,提出了为保证钢包吹氩的吹成率应采取的有效措施。

| Abstract: | Porous brick is an important function device of steel making process.This essay provides a overall discuss and analysis for the appliance of porous brick in ladle,including the select of the material of porous brick.the structure of the porous block,the location of the porous block,the law of the destroy,the performance of the porous brick,the abnormal phenomena during usage,and the reason of argon blowing failure,furthermore,works out the effective measure to ensure the success rate of argon blowing in ladle. |
