摘    要:针对电网检修安排及操作票开具复杂性和高可靠性的要求,在与SCADA、MIS数据共享的基础上,开发了一体化的电网调度智能检修票和操作票系统。介绍了系统的设计基本框架和系统的规则,以及系统的数据共享、动态拓扑分析、图形管理、操作票预演等主要的功能模块,最后还针对电网的特点,以及计算机技术的发展现状给出了系统实现的软件产品。

Abstract:In consideration of the complexity and high reliability requirements of grid maintenance arrangements and switching scheduling, and in connection with SCADA and MIS data, Ihe integration grid scheduling intelligent maintenance and switching scheduling system is developed. The basic framework and design rules, and function modules, such as system data sharing, dynamic topology analysis, graphics management, nperalinns votes are introduced. Finally, in view of the characterislics of the grid and the currenl developmenl of computer technology system soflware produels are presenled.
