基于单片机的炸药卷纸筒蜡温控制系统结构设计

摘    要:针对炸药卷纸筒蜡温控制存在的问题,设计了一种基于单片机和传感技术的蜡温自动控制系统,实现了蜡液温度采集电路、蒸汽阀门控制电路、保温泵驱动控制电路、温度设置电路、温度显示电路的设计,并分析了安装过程中的问题。经过实践操作,在提高劳动生产率、提高产品质量、降低劳动强度等方面具有积极意义,具有较好的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:With respect to the problems with wax temperature control of explosive chart drum,this paper designs a structure for the wax temperature automatic control system based on based on the single ship and sensor technology to realize the design of the wax liquid temperature acquisition circuit, steam valve control circuit, heat pump drive control circuit, temperature setting circuit and temperature indication circuit.Furthermore,it analyzes the points to which attention should be paid in the installation process.As shown in actual operation,this system has positive significance in improving labor productivity and product quality and reducing labor intensity,and can bring good economic and social benefits.
