基于场景概率的风电机组的选址和定容

摘    要:根据风速特点提出基于场景概率的风机选址和定容,主要以风电机组总投资成本最小,年电能损失费用最小为目标函数建立,同时考虑各种约束条件,从场景发生概率角度评估规划方案在随机环境下的适用性,并使用改进粒子群算法来解决此问题。最后以IEEE33节点为例验证了模型和算法的有效性和可行性。

Abstract:Based on the characteristics of wind velocity,this paper proposes scenario probability-based wind turbine siting and sizing.The function is established with the aim of minimizing total investment and annual energy loss.In the meantime,under consideration of various constraints,the application of the scheme in a random environment is assessed from the point of view of scenario probability, and improved PSO is used to solve this problem.Finally,IEEE33 node is taken as an example to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the model and the algorithm.
