摘    要:根据电动钻机自备电站的构成和负载特性,分析了影响有功功率、无功功率的关键要素及其控制途径;指出了并网机组功率均衡的必要性;给出了转速、电压控制器的组成结构及有、无功功率均衡控制的两种思路、框图和上下网控制的逻辑动作程序;以不同型号、规格、电压的机组要求并网的实际工程应用为例,给出了均衡思路和重点注意事项。

Abstract:According to the configuration and load characteristics of self-contained electric power station of elec-tric drilling rig, the key elements and the control pathways which influence active power and reactive power are analyzed. The necessity of power balance of grid-connected generator sets are put forwad. The structure composi-tion of rotaional speed and voltage controller, two ideas of active power and reactive power controller, as well as the logic action programs of block diagram and controls of on-grid and off-grid are also given. The balance ideas and focus attention matters on the practical engineering application of grid-connected generator sets with different type, size and voltage are presented.
