| Abstract: | The engineering cost control for construction bidding based on the bill of quantities evaluating mode is limited and influenced by external and internal factors. The key of engineering cost control in the stage is detailing bid preparation, working out the bill of quantities carefully, determining the price limited for reference properly and enhancing the management of construction contract and bidding evaluation. |
