煤液化技术进展及展望

摘    要:简述了煤的液化技术发展概况、煤液化反应机理及工艺分类,介绍了国内外煤液化典型流程,如德国IGOR工艺、南非Sasol煤间接液化工艺、日本NEDOL工艺、美国HIT工艺等,分析了煤的直接液化技术和间接液化技术的优缺点,提出了煤液化技术的发展趋势:开发新型催化剂、开发新型溶剂、工艺和设备的改革、配煤技术的研究、煤间接液化技术与煤化工技术的融合等。

Abstract:This article gave a brief account of the significance of the development of coal liquefaction technology to solve the problems concerning shortage of oil resources, balanced energy mix, energy security and the protection of sustainable and stable development of our national economy. It also gave a brief introduction to the coal liquefaction technology and the development of coal liquefaction technology principle. The article briefed typical domestic coal liquefaction processes and brought forward in-depth technical analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the direct coal liquefaction technology and indirect liquefaction technology. Moreover, it pointed out the research direction of corresponding new technologies, and it also pointed out that the development trend of coal liquefaction lies in the low-energy consumption and environmentally friendly conditions.
