线结构光测量数据的自动拼合方法

摘    要:提出了一种由三坐标测量机、线结构光测头和回转工作台构成的四轴扫描测量系统。在该系统中使回转工作台相对于测量机的工作台倾斜一定角度放置,在一次装夹下可测量物体的四周和顶部。为了将多角度下测量的数据拼合在一起,建立了数据自动拼合的数学模型,提出了转台轴线方向检测装置和检测方法,以此为基础对自动拼合模型进行简化并求出其中的未知参数。对多片数据的拼合精度进行了测试和分析,对一典型样件进行测量。结果表明,该方法能在一次装夹下完整测量结构复杂的形体,测量数据的拼合具有很高的精度。

Abstract:A four-axis scanning system composed of a CMM, a structured-light sensor and a rotation table were presented. The rotation table was placed on the worktable of CMM with a slant angle. This enabled the system to scan the top and around of a part once it was fixed on the table. An automatic registration model was established to merge the data patches obtained from different angles. Then the direction of rotation axis was determined using a reference ball, and based on which the registration model was simplified and solved. Finally, the registration accuracy was tested and analyzed, and a typical part was scanned. The test results show this system possesses high registration accuracy and high efficiency in practical applications.
