罗布麻生物酶脱胶技术研究

摘    要:针对罗布麻韧皮纤维成分的特性进行脱胶,并以温度、时间、pH值、浴比为控制条件,进行了单因子试验和正交试验,结果表明四因素的优先等级为温度>时间>pH>浴比,时间因素影响较大,通过残胶率和失重率两项指标的综合评价,得出了罗布麻的最优脱胶控制参数为:脱胶时间48 h,浴比1/30,pH=8,θ=34℃。同时对脱胶后的纤维进行了检测:纤维强度5.48 cN/dtex;断裂伸长率4.25%;纤维支数2339支;回潮率10.2%。为罗布麻韧皮纤维采用酶法脱胶提供了依据。

Abstract:The degummed experiment of the apocynum was preformed and the orthogonal result indicated that the priority order is temperature>time>pH>bath ratio and the key factor is degummed time.The optimum degumming conditions were: processing time 48 hours,bath ratio 1∶30,pH 8.0 and temperature 34 ℃.The degummed fibers were detected,in which fiber strength was 5.48 cn/dtex,elongation at break was 4.25 %,fiber count was 2339,moisture regain was 10.2%.
