| 摘 要： | 孤东油田属稠油疏松砂岩油藏 ,开发过程中出砂、出水日趋严重。针对孤东油田高含水期开采特点 ,研制了FD -1固砂剂 ,确定了FD -1固砂剂的最佳配方 ,考察了各因素对其固结体性能的影响。结果表明 ,FD -1固砂剂具有适用温度范围宽 ,抗压强度高 ,固砂效果好 ,同时具有一定的堵水作用。经现场 1 5口井试验 ,防砂成功率高 ,有效时间长。

| Abstract: | Gudong Oilfield belonging to heavy oil loose sandstone reservoirs produced sand and water more and more severely in the course of development. The FD-1 sandstone consolidating agent was prepared aiming at the characters of Gudong Oilfield containing high water. The optimum formulation of the FD-1 sandstone consolidating agent was determined and effects of various factors on its properties of consolidation were investigated. The result showed that FD-1 had wide application temperature, good compression strength, sandstone consolidating effect, and water shutoff ability. Its field tests of 15 wells had high success rate and long effective period in sandstone consolidating. |
