烧结主抽风机高压变频改造研究与应用

摘    要:本文讲述烧结厂2*180㎡烧结主抽风机高压变频改造.主抽风机是整个烧结生产过程中最重要的生产设备之一,风压、风量变化直接影响烧结矿的生产质量与数量,烧结主抽风机是主要电能消耗设备,基本占到烧结厂总电能的60%以上.运用高压变频器则可以很大程度解决这一问题.经变频改造后,系统运行趋于安全稳定,节能效果显著超预期.

Abstract:This article describes the high voltage frequency conversion transformation of the 2*180㎡sintering main exhaust fan of the sintering plant.The main exhaust fan is one of the most important production equipment in the entire sintering production process.Changes in wind pressure and air volume directly affect the production quality and quantity of sinter.The sintering main exhaust fan is the main electrical energy consuming equipment and basically accounts for the total electrical energy of the sintering plant.More than 60%.The use of high-voltage inverters can solve this problem to a large extent.After the frequency conversion transformation,the system operation tends to be safe and stable,and the energy-saving effecat significantly exceeds expectations.
