螺旋副钢球行星传动机构的运动学与受力分析

摘    要:本文介绍了输入,输出轴同轴线的螺旋副钢球行星传动机的结构组成与传动原理,推导了该种传动机构的传动比函数,给出了承载钢球空间均布的几何条件,提出了承载钢球处于三点受力的内,外螺旋面的结构参数约束方程,建立了空间力系作用下滚动轴承支反力的计算方法。

Abstract:This paper introduces the construction composition and transmission principle of the screw pair steel ball planetary transmission mechanism with a coaxal input and output axes,calculates their transmission ratio function,gives the geometrical conditions of loading steel balls even distributed in space,presents the construction parameter constraint equation of the internal and external screw surfaces under the conditions of the steel ball loaded through three points,and sets up the calculation method of counteraction forces on bearings under space forces action.
