分阶式双渐开线齿轮加工新方法

摘    要:对近年来提出的新型齿轮——分阶式双渐开线齿轮,建立了其齿廓形成的新型几何模型,进而提出了一种经济、简便的加工方法——正交双向联动变位法,并进行了计算机仿真加工试验;结果表明,提出的新方法是正确、可行的。其最大的特点就是利用常规齿轮滚刀实现其加工,从而大大降低了制造成本,缩短了制造周期。

Abstract:A new kind of gear is presented in recent years which is called double involute gear with ladder shape of tooth.In this papaer,a new type of geometrical model for the tooth profile of this new kind of gear is constructed.Based on the model,a new hobbing method,named orthogonal two way link shifting method,is proposed.It has cutting characteristics with economic,simple and easy.It uses an common hob to cut gear,so we need not spend lots of money and sprits to design and manufacture the special hob for the gears.The production cost and period will be decreased greatly and this makes it possible to diversify the design and manufacture of this new kind of gear and to be used in a wide range.
