中旅城二期南楼超限高层结构设计

摘    要:位于福州五四路的中旅城二期南楼,其具有高度超限、平面不规则性、8层高位转换和连体设计等的多重超限,对结构设计提出了严峻挑战。本论文介绍此超限结构的抗震和抗风设计,进行了不同力学模型的多种软件静力对比分析、弹性时程分析、中震作用分析、静力弹塑性分析;结构不同部位根据计算分析采用了相应的各种类型的组合构件来满足刚度、延性和冗余度,并对控制结构的扭转效应和计算中部分构件的超筋信息的做了研究处理;同时对型钢混凝土转换结构和连体的设计做了论述,并介绍了其节点的构造设计。

Abstract:CTS's south tower multiple-use building is an ultra limited high-rise building with very complex structure.The beyond code limits of this building were analyzed,and the relevant solution schemes were proposed.According to the comparison on the analysis results of the three programs,elastic time-history analysis,medium earthquake effect analysis,push-over analysis,structural system according to different parts adopt corresponding to the various types of combination component to satisfy stiffness,ductility and redundancy.The key points of this structure as well as important segments were analyzed and discussed.
