| Abstract: | The application and specifications of the high purity aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution applied in the electronic industry are briefly introduced.The material specifications of the containers for storage and delivery of high purity aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution,the container washing and contaminant inspection method are introduced in detail.The containers of the Mitsubishi Gas Chemical Co.,the Sumitomo Chemical Co.and the Aisero Chemical Co.for storage and delivery of high purity aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution are briefly introduced. |
