摘    要:探讨氧气等离子处理对超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)纤维力学性能的影响。通过SEM分析处理前后纤维表面形貌的变化,并分别改变等离子处理时间、反应功率及氧气压强,研究各因素对纤维力学性能的影响程度。试验结果表明:经氧气等离子处理后,UHMWPE纤维表面因等离子刻蚀作用而变得粗糙,纤维表面能提高,纤维断裂强度较未处理时有一定的降低,而断裂伸长率有所增加。

Abstract:The mechanical property of UHMWPE fiber treated by plasma was studied.The influence of plasma treatment on the morphological change of the fiber was investigated by scanning electron microscope.The relationships between mechanical property and treatment time,reaction power,and oxygen pressure were analyzed.The results indicated that oxygen plasma treatment resulted in the increase of the surface roughness and the surface energy of UHMWPE fiber.The breaking strength of oxygen plasma treated UHMWPE fiber was decreased while the breaking elongation increased compared to the untreated fiber.
