长水口插入深度对连铸中间包流体流动影响的研究

摘    要:长水口插入深度对中间包钢液的流动状态有重要影响。以相似原理为基础,进行水模实验,测定了有无控流装置时中间包钢液的停留时间分布曲线(RTD);采用Fluent软件和数学模拟的方法,仿真计算获得了实际中间包内钢液的流动状态,分析比较了钢液流动的速度矢量图和流线图。从而确定了合理的长水口插入深度。研究结果表明,有、无控流装置时,建议长水口插入深度为110 mm左右。

Abstract:The immersion depth of long nozzle had an important influence on the flow field in tundish.Based on the similar theory,water was used to simulate liquid steel for studying the flow field in tundish.By measuring the residence time distribution(RTD) curve of molten steel in tundish,the flow field of tundish was simulated.By means of flow field software FLUENT,velocity vector diagram and streamline graph of the hot metal flowing were analyzed and compared.We could make sure the proper immersion depth of long nozzle.The results showed that the immersion depth of long nozzle was about 110 mm in tundish with or without flow control devices.
