摘    要:本文从转变思想观念、明确培养目标定位、推进招生机制改革、实施培养模式改革四个方面,探索了材料工程领域实施全日制工程硕士研究生培养模式改革的主要实施步骤,并结合南京工业大学材料工程领域实施"五个一"工程的实践,探索了全日制工程硕士研究生培养的有效途径。

Abstract:Drawing up from four aspects, such as transforming of ideas, clearing position of training ob- jectives, promoting the reform of enrollment mechanism, and implementing reform of training mode, the paper introduced the main approach in implementing the reform of full-time engineering master postgraduates' training mode in the field of Material Engineering of Nanjing University of Technology, and combined with its practice of implementing "five one-good's project", so as to explore an effective way of training full-time engineering master postgraduates.
